Lawrence Wedding Event Center Project :
Construction of a wood frame, clear-span, 12,500sf multi-function building.
Main floor will consist of Reception Hall, Indoor Ceremony and Bar Areas, along with Batrooms, Storage, Kitchen, and Prep Sweet, 11,500sf
Mezzanine will consist of an additional Prep Suite, Office, and Bathroom. 1,000sf
KSW currently needs pricing in the following areas:

ALL MEPs are to be design build: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Suppression to meet local and state codes / regulations.
We do not have structural drawings yet so please assume 4' wall for foundations with typical footing. We can adjust as necessary when structurals arrive.
