CLARIFICATIONS: BWW #70 Cincinnati.
Our target project time frame is 7/8-7/26, as it is a Gen 3 RR project.

Clarifications:
Exterior
- We are always using tint in lieu of Spandrel. Tint needs to be chemically treated to ensure thermal stress will not break glass. (A202 – Keynote 9)
- BOH door at patio elevation to be painted gray
- I believe the light below the roundel at the main entry elevation needs to be removed, to make space for the Background signage panel. I’ll send an email to the AOR to confirm.
- We are not painting patio ceiling
Dining
- Paint AV poles black as needed
- Replacing yellow SSM tops of (2) cabinets not called out on plans. Cabinet next to server station w/ (2) tea urns on top, and cabinet in hall way w/ Pepsi machine on top
- Reference markups on A101 & A203 of AAN (Approved as noted set) for interior wall paint clarifications
Bar
- Cut foot rail at ADA portion of bar. Paint rail black and cap. We may replace tile at bolted sections. If not, bolts are to be cut, filed, and filled with similar colored grout/fill.
- We are not installing combo outlets at front bar diewall
- Remove existing vinyls off refrigerators; Sign vendor to install new decals
- Not relocating Jukebox
General
- Management reported that this store did not receive an energy savings upgrade. So we will need bulbs in vestibule, take out, RRs, dining, and bar upgraded to LEDs.
- Keep all memorabilia. At the end, hang pieces back up in locations requested by Operations
- Ceiling is already light gray, so we are just painting ductwork to match existing ceiling color
- GC is to coordinate with vendors for all deliveries
- Replace base tile as needed throughout dining and bar
- Replace existing half wall top caps w/ Solid Surface top caps (supplied by Millwork vendor)
- During closure for concrete polishing (3-4 days), Kitchen must remain open for Curbside pick up
- RR work must be phased so that (1) bathroom is always available. The RR that is not under construction must be temporarily converted to a unisex bathroom, with a temp lock installed on the inside.

· REPLACE MISSING BASE TILE AT BAR
· REPLACE GATE AT PATIO
· TRIM BUSHES AWAY FROM REAR PATIO WALL 'REPLACE LEFT FAUCET IN WOMEN’S RESTROOM WITH LOW WATER PRESSURE
· ADD ADDITIONAL CONCENIENCE OUTLETS TO MAIN BAR AND DINING AREA
· REPAIR/REPLACE BOTH RESTROOM DOORS
· REPLACE ENTRANCE DOOR HARDWARE REMOVE A COUPLE EXTERIOR BUILDING LIGHT FIXTURES
· FILL POTHOLES IN PARKING LOT ELECTRIC FOR CHANNEL LETTERS AT FRONT OF BUILDING
