Bids are solicited for a single story addition to an existing building of approximately 13,970 square feet
gross floor area, or 15,632 square feet including Alternate 1. A separate pre-engineered metal storage
building of approximately 1,300 square feet is also part of the project scope.
The building is masonry cavity wall construction. It includes aluminum-framed windows and entrance
system with insulating glass. The roof consists of single ply membrane EPDM roofing on steel deck
and steel joists.
The Work includes the exterior enclosure, mechanical and electrical work, interior finishes and related
construction, including partitions, doors, casework, as well as exterior paving, landscape work, and
other site improvements.
