| Scope |
This project consists of upgrading the existing oxidation ditch aerators with a new phased isolation biological nutrient reduction aeration process; install new disc filters, conversion of existing clarifiers to anoxic and reaeration basins; install new clarifiers ; install new chlorine contact chambers; related piping, electrical work. The modified treatment plant is being modified to meet the requirements of the Wakulla Springs Basin Management Action Plan and meet a standard of 3 mg/L annual average Total Nitrogen.
