DESCRIPTION: A interior demolition and buildout of an approximately 20,000 sf medical office building including demolition, millwork, caulking, storefront & glazing, metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, carpet, LVT, ceramic tile, toilet accessories, plumbing, medical gas, HVAC, sprinkler, and electrical.
