| Scope |
We invite your participation in budgeting for the new TCAT Knoxville Replacement Campus project. The scope of this project includes the demolition of the Main Administration building and its replacement with "Advanced Classrooms and Collaborative Spaces," as well as the complete renovation of two existing structures and site enhancements.
Currently, the project is in the Schematic Design Phase. Therefore, we request that you make assumptions to provide a comprehensive scope for your specific trade.
Please submit separate pricing for the following buildings:
- "Advanced Classrooms" (New Construction)
- "Building A" (Minor Renovation of Existing Building)
- "Building B" (Renovation of Metal Building across Liberty St.)
Denark serves as the Construction Manager for this project, and we are reaching out exclusively to a few selected subcontractors and suppliers in each trade. If you are unable to participate in the budgeting process, kindly inform us promptly by responding to this invitation to bid.
