We invite you to help us Budget the 312 Pizza Co. Tenant Buildout at the Beauford Delaney Building. The plans are Schematic Design Phase, as such, you will have to make assumptions to provide a complete scope for your particular trade.
Plans from a previous tenant buildout by the restaurant have been included for reference only.
Denark Construction is this project's Construction Manager and General Contractor, and we are only inviting a few select subcontractors/suppliers in each trade. If you will be unable to help us with this budget, please let us know as soon as possible.
