PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of multiple work scopes for all of the work necessary for the construction of
an approximately 9,516 s.f. new addition to the existing Reeceville Elementary School. The
existing elementary school will be maintained throughout construction as an occupied facility.
This Bid package includes but is not limited to the following: selective demolition of the existing
building as required for the new construction, new construction of 8 classrooms, supporting
spaces, and bathrooms, and sitework to construct the building, accommodate minor stormwater
management facilities, and minor utility improvements.
