Scope
 
On the "A" Sheets - The market is roughly a 16,400 sqft facility located off of Rutherford Road in Greenville, SC. The primary market building layout included two mirrored sides. One for a permanent grocer tenant and one for Saturday markets for rotating vendors. There is a second level used for business occupancy which will receive a revised layout and new finishes. The existing building is comprised of a pre-engineered metal structure, a standing seam metal roof, and a vinyl siding exterior. The building is to receive all-new cementitious lap siding, full glass overhead garage doors, and personnel doors. At ground level, the interior will receive a new walk-in cooler, a revised restroom configuration, and a breakroom. At the second level, the interior will receive new finishes and space reconfiguration. 

On the "B" Sheets - Also includes an interior and exterior renovation of a 1,100-SF Office Building on site.
