SAW Eastern JV (a joint venture between SAW Contracting and Eastern Coast Construction) invites you to bid on the subject project.
The project includes demolition of existing partitions, doors, frames and hardware, interior masonry repair and repoint, life safety deficiency repairs, sprinkler system upgrades. New layout to accommodate PWD employees’ new partitions, new finishes in reworked spaces, HVAC repairs, DDC controls repairs, electrical, data, and telephone renovation to match revised floor plan.
