| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the Additions and Renovations to Shippensburg High School and Middle school locatewd in Shippensburg, PA. The project consists of sitework improvements of the dual campus to include additional sidewalks, parking areas, and drive lanes for better traffic flow as well as small additions to each building. Additional Bid Info:
*Our bids are due to the owner on Tuesday September 17th, 2024 at 2PM. Please have your bids to us by Monday, September 16th by 4PM.
*This is a single project encompassing both buildings. (Middle school work is to be priced as alternates.)
*There are (7) Alternates total. Please be sure to have your values for these shown on your quote as ADD/DEDUCT costs.
*On site notice to proceed is set for October 28th, 2024 and the project duration is approx. 10 months.
*This project is bidding as a Multi-prime project.
*Prevailing wages apply.
*The project owner and eciConstruction will not pay any material price increases after a bid is submitted and awarded. Please include any required material escalations in your bid.
