Work will consist of demolition of existing drive through canopy and construction of a new
main entrance, gathering space, and new drive through canopy. Existing Church lobby,
north entrance and prayer chapel will be renovated as part of the scope of work. The
addition will be constructed of poured in place concrete foundations, wood framing and a
combination of cultured stone and fiber cement siding making up the exterior finishes. New
drive through canopy will be composed of steel structure with a standing seam steel roof.
Interior finishes will consist of painted gypsum board, luxury vinyl tile, and acoustical
ceiling tile. Exterior work will involve modifications to existing parking and drives and
construction of a new circle drive for drop-off and pick-up along with an alternate to
resurface existing asphalt paving.
