The Work consists of 128 residential apartment units consisting of approximately 187,400 gross square feet, an integrated club of approximately 4300 sq ft, a sky lounge of approximately 650 sq ft, and swimming pool as indicated on the Drawings. There are two 4-story residential apartment buildings of wood-framed Type III construction with a partial elevated concrete podium in both buildings. Building 2 apartments surround a Type I parking deck.
