| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the new Public Works Facility for Chambersburg Borough. The project consists of demolishing multiple existing buildings, necessary site improvements, and construction of (7) new buildings for Chambersburg Public Works Department. There are both conventionally built and pre-engineered metal buildings on the project. Please be sure to review all plan sets as each building has its own set up drawings. *Our bids are due to the owner on Thursday, October 24th, 2024 at 10AM. Please have your bids to us by Wednesday, October 23rd by 4PM.
*This is a single project encompassing all 7 buildings.
*Start date is to be approx. 2/28/25
*The project duration is approx. 19 months to substantial completion.
*This project is bidding as a single prime project. MEP bidder should bid through eci.
*Prevailing wages apply.
*The project owner and eciConstruction will not pay any material price increases after a bid is submitted and awarded. Please include any required material escalations in your bid.
