Description of Project:
This is a large multi-phased additions and renovations project of approximately 300,000 SF high school. Various features include modernizing learning spaces and interior environments, upgraded exteriors, and upgraded infrastructure.
Five new additions include a new main entrance with an administration/health suite and student services center, classroom addition, athletics addition, enlarged cafeteria with reconfigured kitchen/serving space, and new addition with a mechanical room and receiving/storage area.
General building-wide renovations include upgraded interior spaces with new flooring, casework, painting, and ceilings. Campus site improvements are also being implemented to simplify vehicular and pedestrian circulation patterns and increase parking capacity.
