The project proposals should reference the plans provided as the basis for design and execution. However, KSW is open to receiving value-engineered options that demonstrate cost savings, improved efficiency, or enhanced performance while meeting the project’s functional and aesthetic requirements.
This project is slated for spring of 2025. Each building will be staggered with construction start date.
