Scope
The anticipated development will include approximately 2.84 acres of building site and is anticipated to break ground in Q2 of 2025. The project is currently in the Design Development Stage programmed as:
• 324 units achieving 811 beds (Studio, One, Two, Three, & Four-Bed Units)
• 7-story building w/ 6 stories of precast parking structure, with level 7 fitness amenity and rooftop deck with pool and hot-tub.  
• Exterior system consisting primarily of masonry, fiber cement siding, and glazing.
• Interior at-grade courtyard and amenity spaces.
