DLPS Prairie View Elementary Addition & Renovations

This project includes a 24,800 SF addition as well as several renovations to the existing school including adding air conditioning, kitchen expansion, and a secure entrance. Scopes include of testing, surveying, building and site earthwork, asphalt and concrete paving, landscaping, utilities, selective demolition, building concrete, precast concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal panel, roofing, building sealants, rough carpentry, casework, doors, coiling doors, aluminum storefront assemblies, exterior and interior gypsum wall assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels, flooring, gym flooring, painting, lockers, specialties, food service equipment, gymnasium equipment, bleachers, window treatments, fire protection, mechanical and electrical work. 

• A non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will take place on November 14th, 2024 at 2:00 PM.  Attendees will meet in the main office located at 200 12th Ave NE, Devils Lake, ND
• Submitted bids must be turned in on the Subcontractor Bid Form and be for a complete Contract Category found in spec section 01 1101.1. A Bid Form will not be required if you are providing a quote that is covered in a different Contract Category (example; specialties supply and blocking that is covered in CC06A), but are not bidding the Contract Category complete.
