New construction including site work, demolition, and the construction of a motor vehicle fueling site for Orange County fleet vehicles and equipment at the Orange County landfill site. This proposed motor vehicle fueling site will replace the existing motor vehicle fueling site at the Orange County landfill, which will be decommissioned and demolished upon construction of the new motor vehicle fueling site.
Proposed Improvements Include:
- Two (2) - 12,000 Gallon Diesel Fuel Storage Tanks
- One (1) - 5,200 Gallon Gasoline Storage Tank
- Three (3) - Fuel Dispenser Units
- One (1) - Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Tank & Dispenser
- Concrete tank foundations
- Relocation of existing fuel dispensing terminal equipment
- Relocation of existing DEF poly storage tank and dispenser
- Installation of stormwater system improvements
- Construction of concrete driveway
- Asphalt pavement removal and replacement
- Adjustment of existing underground utilities
- Miscellaneous electrical equipment
- Demolition and removal of existing diesel and gasoline fuel storage tanks and equipment located at the existing fuel dispensary site
