| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for the major additions and small renovation work to create the new Montgomery Junior-Senior High School (486 Old Road, Montgomery, PA). The scope of work includes approximately 97,000 SF of additions to the existing Montgomery Area Athletic & Community Center. Please see the full set of documents for a complete scope of work. (97,000SF of Additions) (5,000SF of Renovations)
- Prevailing wages apply.
- Multi Prime Contract: (HVAC, PC, and EC to bid directly to the owner)
- Our bids are due to the owner on December 18, 2024, at 1PM. Please have bids to us no later than end of day, December 17, 2024.
- Substitutions are to be approved post bid. If you wish to bid with products not listed in the specs, you must bid using an "equal" product. If you do not bid with an approved equal, you will be required to use the specified products for the project at no additional charge to eciConstruction.
- Project Duration: 720 Calendar Days
- Anticipated Notice to Proceed - January 2025
