Morgan Construction invites you to bid on the Aldi Grocery Store Conversion in Long Beach, MS. Please bid on your specialty or trade.
DESCRIPTION: This is an existing 49,121 SF Winn-Dixie store that is being converted into a 22,399 SF Aldi Grocery Store. The remaining 26,722 SF will be left as available tenant space. The scope includes demolition, concrete and foundations, steel fabrication, slab on grade, masonry, steel fabrication, steel erection, roof repair, stainless steel, siding, overhead doors, canopies, impact doors, dock equipment, drywall, rough/finished carpentry, metal stud framing, ACT ceiling, painting, storefront, caulking/sealants, tile finishes, toilet accessories, floor mats, HVAC, sprinkling, plumbing, electrical.
