| Scope |
The Project consists of the renovation of an existing two-story historic building for use as a new museum. The building is located at 210 N. Limestone Street in Gaffney, SC 29340.
Construction disciplines required for the project include, but are not limited to:
- Site work: Excavation, rough and finish grading, branch utilities, paving.
- Concrete: Cast in place.
- Masonry: Unit masonry repair and restoration where required.
- Metals: Miscellaneous steel and structural repair.
- Wood & Plastics: Casework and custom millwork assemblies. Wood framing and structural wood repair where required
- Thermal & Moisture Protection: Insulation, Damp-proofing, waterproofing, and roof repair where required.
- Doors & Windows: Wooden doors and frames, wooden panel doors, and wooden clad windows with insulating glass.
- Finishes: Gypsum board assemblies, paint, stain
- Specialties: Toilet accessories.
- Equipment: Appliances – provided by Owner, installed by contractor. A/V conduit and equipment installed by contractor.
