| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for the new Grades 5-6 Muhlenberg Middle School in Reading, PA. Please see the full set of documents for a complete scope of work.
- Prevailing wages apply.
- Multi Prime Contract: (MC, PC, Fire, Roofing, and EC to bid directly to the owner)
- Our bids are due to the owner on December 12th, 2024, at 1:30PM. Please have bids to us no later than end of day, December 11th, 2024.
- Substitutions are to be approved prior to bid. If you wish to bid with products not listed in the specs, you must fill out and submit the substitution form as provided in 002600.
- Anticipated Construction Start Date - December 16th, 2024
- Final Project Completion Date - July 31st, 2026
- Single Phased Project
- (4) Alternates: See section 004323, please provide pricing for all that apply to scope.
- (6) Unit Prices: See Section 004322, please provide pricing for all that apply to scope.
- RFI's must be submitted 7 days prior to bid date.
