Note: Review the Geotech report noting the use of earthquake drains for this project.
DESCRIPTION: A new 20,601 sf Aldi grocery store including grading, earthquake drains, site utilities & storm, paving, striping & signage, landscaping, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, stainless steel, pre-engineered trusses, siding, nichiha, acm panels, millwork, caulking, overhead doors, storefront & windows, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, ceramic tile, toilet partitions & accessories, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, electrical.
NOTES:
1) Insurance Requirements. (See Planroom)
2) Please include a copy of your state license with your bid (if required by law).
3) Owner to provide Joists and Decking for this project.
