eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the Windsor Township Community Center. The project consists of building a new 28,000 sf community center. For a full scope of work please see the complete project documents.
Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on December 10, 2024, at 2:00 PM. Please have your bids to us no later than end of day on December 9th, 2024.
- This project has a 365-day project duration
- Anticipated start date end of January 2025
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Sitework, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- GC contract includes structural excavation for the building only
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- The project involves 2 Alternates. Please review the project documents and bid accordingly.
- Substitutions are post-bid. Please only bid with products that meet the specification requirements.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted and awarded. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
