| Scope |
Scope of work includes demolition and renovation of select interior spaces across two floors. The program includes administrative offices, auditorium, and classroom spaces totaling approximately 9,500 SF. Add alternates to the project include additional administrative office and research spaces totaling 2,175 SF. The existing building will be occupied during construction. Work is to be completed in two phases to allow for move sequencing as determined by the University.
