| Scope |
eci Construction is seeking bids for the renovations to the existing District Office Area at Palmyra Area High School and 2 additional classrooms adjacent to the Counseling Suite.Portions of the existing building included in the renovations are 2-story at the counseling suite expansion and 1-story at the existing district office renovation area. A majority of the work associated with the project is interior renovations with minimal impact to the existing structure. Work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, Interior renovations, select structural work, exterior metal panels, existing built-up roofing system will receive new coating system as per Tremco warranty requirements. - Our bids are due to the owner on January 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Please have your bids to us no later than end of day on January 6th, 2025.
- NTP: January 24, 2025
- Anticipated start date: March 1, 2025
- Compleation: August 2025
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Sitework, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Unit Prices & Allowances are associated with this project. See Div 1 for details
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- Substitutions are pre-bid. Please use the provided form given in spec 016000.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted and awarded. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
