| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking sub contractors and suppliers for the Cumberland Township Municipal Additions and Renovations project. See full set of project documents for your complete scope of work.
- Bids are due on February 4 at 2 pm. Please submit bids to eciConstruction no later than end of day on Fedruary 3.
- Anticipated start of project is April of 2025.
- Anticipated final completion is February 27, 2026.
- Multi prime - GC, MC, PC, EC
- Prevailing wages apply
- Substitutions are to be approved prior to bid and submitted 10 days prior to bid date. If you wish to bid with products not listed in the specs, you must fill out and submit the substitution form as provided in 004325 and explained in 016000.
- (11) Alternates: See section 012300, please provide pricing for all that apply to your scope.
- (5) Unit Prices: See Section 012200, please provide pricing for all that apply to your scope. All are for the sitework package.
- RFI's must be submitted 7 days prior to bid date.
