| Scope |
All general construction work required to provide the new Motor Vehicle Storage Building at the Waupaca National Guard Readiness Center. The new building will be an approximately 9,500sf, single story building located inside the existing fenced, unpaved Military Vehicle Storage Compound. Scope of work will include site development, excavation, utilities, restoration, concrete, masonry, steel joist/deck, HM doors, overhead doors, glass block CMU, HVAC and electrical.
The building will be classified Storage S-2 and not be sprinklered.
Building will be venitlated in order to scavenge combustion gases, but not supplemental heating or cooling.
