| Scope |
This project provides for the replacement of the New Cumberland Maintenance Facility complex on the
current Maintenance site and adjacent wooded area to the East. The site is on the Eastbound side of the
Turnpike (I-76) at Milepost 243.80, and North of Marsh Run Road.
The maintenance facility includes construction of buildings and all associated site and supportive work as
follows:
(1) Building No. 1 to house section Maintenance and District 3 Offices – 26,400 GSF
(2) Building No. 2 to house truck and equipment storage – 28,260 GSF
(3) Building No. 3, Salt Shed – 11,200 GSF
(4) Building No. 4, Mix Shed – 2,580 GSF
(5) Building No. 5, a weather canopy for Fuel Station – 1,390 GSF
Lobar is requesting pricing for the following;

- Manholes, Precast Handholes
- Power Distribution
- Exterior Panel Enclosure
- Generator Package
- Lighting/Lighting Controls
- LIghtning Protection

- Fire Detection and Alarm System
