THIS IS A NEW PROTOTYPE (V9) FOR ALDI. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL ALDI! PLEASE REVIEW THE DRAWINGS AND THE SPECIFICATIONS CAREFULLY WHEN PREPARING YOUR BID.
DESCRIPTION: A new 20,281 sf Aldi grocery store including grading, site utilities & storm, paving, striping & signage, landscaping, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, roofing, stainless steel, aluminum plank rain screens, ACP panels, millwork, caulking, overhead doors, storefront & windows, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, ceramic tile, toilet partitions & accessories, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, electrical. An Addendum has already been issued for this project and IS included in the bid set of drawings. The narrative for this Addendum is in 05 Bid Updates and Addenda in the Planroom.
NOTES:
1) Insurance Requirements. (See Planroom)
2) Please include a copy of your state license with your bid (if required by state law).
3) Owner to supply Joists and Decking for this project.
