Scope of Work: The Central Dry Canyon Project #PK2102 (Project), consists of the reconfiguration of the parks to provide better vehicle and
pedestrian flows and a comprehensive park experience by increasing the connectivity from the Sam Johnson Park to the Weigand Family Dog Park, new
pavement, trails, parking, 8” and 12” water line and landscaped areas, and a new configuration of Spud owl Park. The engineers estimate for the cost
of improvements at $5.8 million. All workmanship, materials, and conditions shall conform to applicable construction codes, Specifications included on
plans, any special provisions included in these documents, issued , the Special Provisions, Redmond Standards & Specifications 2024 and Project plans.

An alternate scope of work is included for resurfacing the Hope Playground fall protection surface materials. This scope of work may be
awarded by the City, as funding is available. The Engineer's estimate for the add alternate work is $700,000.
