TCAT Knoxville Replacement Campus - Prequalification

Project Description:
This phase of construction will consist of the complete new construction of the new "Advanced Classrooms" at TCAT "Tennessee College of Applied Technology," in Knoxville, TN. 

The new facility will consist of Administration and Instructional Building of approximately 110,000 SF 

The project will be bid through Construction Manager-General Contractor, Denark Construction.

Phase 1 of this project, which included demolition of one of the existing buildings has already been bid out and work is ongoing. 

Prequalification:

All interested bidders must be prequalified by Denark Construction before receiving bid documents, and submitting a bid.  The deadline to submit all prequalification information is Thursday, 10^thof February 2025.

Drawings for this project are expected to be released on February 12^th to prequalified bidders. The anticipated bid date for the project is Thursday, March 6^th, 2025. Bidding details will be sent out to all bidders who have successfully submitted a prequalification or are currently prequalified with Denark.

If your company has received a notice that you have been prequalified by Denark during the last five years or if you have received a contract from Denark during the last five years, you do not need to resubmit any type of prequalification.
