| Scope |
The project consists of building/structure demolition and a 2-story addition to the existing facility for additional business/office space as well as locker rooms and other common spaces. The scope of work also includes renovations to existing spaces as well as building tie-in and a new exterior facade.

This project requires pricing for Alternates, Allowances and Unit Prices. Please be sure to provide pricing for them according to your scope of work. See sections, 012100, 012200, 012300.
