Description of Project:
The Work generally involves the alterations and addition of an existing high school for grades 9-12 and related site work. The existing school consists of one floor and a basement totaling approximately 305,884 square feet and is located in South Lebanon Township on a 122-acre campus site. Additions include a new weight room, a new mechanical room, new storage areas for vocational trades, and a new multi-sport room totaling approximately 15,207 square feet.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SITEWORK ON THIS PROJECT IS A PRIME CONTRACT; HOWEVER, ADDENDUM 4 ADDED ALTERNATE GC-5 TO POTENTIALLY PUT THE SITEWORK UNDER THE GC CONTRACT AS A SUBCONTRACTOR.**
