| Scope |
The project consists of the construction of five three story apartment buildings, a single-story cafeteria and two FEMA Rated Storm Shelters.
Generally, apartment buildings are wood frame construction with wood floor joist framing and wood trusses. Roofing is asphalt shingles and standing seam metal roofs with exterior walls of brick, fiber cement siding and fiber cement panels. Finishes include painted gypsum board, LVT and PCT flooring, windows are storefront and single hung vinyl windows.
Generally, the cafeteria building is metal stud framed with brick, fiber cement siding and fiber cement panels. Roofing is PVC membrane, asphalt shingles, and standard seam metal roof over cold formed metal trusses. Finishes include LVT, PCT, quarry tile and painted gypsum board. Windows are aluminum storefront.
