Morgan Construction Company invites you to bid on the New Publix Grocery Store and Shops Project in Elizabethtown, KY. Please bid on your specific specialty or trade.
Project scheduled to begin in July 2025 (Building pad turnover).
DESCRIPTION: A new 50,325 sf Publix Grocery Store with 21,346 sf of Retail Shops on a 10 acre site with outparcels. The owner will be responsible for the sitework, site demolition, site utilities, storm water, sanitary sewer, paving, striping & signage, curb & gutter, landscaping, and irrigation. MEP Contractor Responsibility will start at 5' outside of the building line. Selective site concrete work will be by which is shown in the Concrete Clarification Plans in the planroom. Our scope includes concrete, rebar, brick pavers, masonry, pre-cast, steel, steel erection, misc. metals, stairs & handrailing, stainless steel, millwork, rough carpentry & wood blocking, finished carpentry, roofing, gutters & downspouts, flashing & sheet metal, canopies & awnings, window treatments, caulking, water proofing, fluid applied membrane, EIFS/stucco, doors frames & hardware, overhead doors, storefront & windows, automatic doors, service/teller windows, wood doors, automatic traffic doors, drywall, acrovyn wall protection, acoustical ceilings, painting, vct & rubber base, carpet, ceramic tile, terrazzo flooring, toilet partitions & accessories, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm, security alarm, communications, and chainlink fencing & gates.
