| Scope |
The scope of work involves all work indicated on the drawings and specfications. New construction of approximately 16,000 sf metal buidling structure, including a meeting room, office, vehicle bays, restrooms, mechanical room, and support areas. The work will include site grading, site utilities, concrete slabs on grade, concrete foundations, metal stud bearing walls, light guage steel joists, metal deck, gyp board, carpeting, tile, acoustical ceilings, paint, aluminum entrance framing, hvac air source heat pump split systems, plumbing, power and ligthing.
