This project includes the demolition of an existing farm exhbit and pen for a large barn event space and two small enclosure spaces on either side. The large barn consists of holding pens. A walk through, and an event space on the second floor. The two exhibuts on either side are walk through exhbits and golding areas. The holding pens are meant for human occupation and connects to the top of the hill.
The project includes the demolition of one existing barn exhbit and the landscaping of the large hill behind the structure as persented in the bid documents.
