- There are specific insurance requirements noted within the Sample Certificate of Insurance.
- Bid Alternate 1: Remove air intake/exhaust/louvers/economizers from the HVAC system (except at the office).
- Bid Alternate 2: Provide an alternate to sod the immediate front area of the building (at the parking and office areas). The sides and rear of the buildings can remain seeded.
- Bid Alternate 3: Provide a quote to add an Emergency Radio Responder Communication System (ERRCS). This quote needs to include the coordinating items to install the system (Electrical/Roofing Penetrations/Etc)
- Bid Alternate 4: Provide a CREDIT/VE for the alternate pavement profile identified in the plans (6"agg/2" binder/1.5" topcoat).
- Specifications/Standards for Design: The Sterling Standards Document is to provide clarity and will be part of the contract docs. It is located in the BID DOCS Folder in Procore.
- Geo Technical Report of Record: Be sure to submit your bid in accordance with the Geo-Technical report of record's findings and recommendations. Site balance will need to be included in your bid. Addressing unsuitable soils that are verified in the report will need to be in your bid. You do NOT need to assume unsuitable soils or other issues where they are not identified in the report.
- Hydrant Flow Test: This document is provided in the bid docs folder. Please ensure that the design-build fire suppression system assumes the pressure/flow identified in this report and is included in your bid.
