| Scope |
Seismic strengthening of Santa Anita Debris Dam includes, rip rap, embankment construction, outlet tower reconstruction, access road construction, intake structure and control building construction. Subs include, but not limited to Demolition, Clearing & Grubbing, CIDH piling, Pipe lining, MSE wall construction, Construct V-Ditch, Rebar, concrete paving, minor concrete flatwork, minor concrete structures, fence, MBGR, handrail, equipment rental, Electrical, Instrumentation, masonry building, metal roofing, and HVAC. Materials needed erosion control, aggregates, rip rap, concrete, miscellaneous metals, precast concrete, bollards, HDPE pipe, dowels, ductile iron pipe, RCP, fuel tank.

Professional Liability - $2,000,000
Pollution Liability - $1,000,000
Umbrella/Excess Liability - $5,000,000
Ames requires a bond from subcontractors when the contract minimum is $250,000.
