| Scope |
eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the Boiling Springs High School Natatorium Improvements for the South Middleton School District located in Boiling Springs PA. The scope of work the Boiling Springs High School Natatorium Improvements project generally consists of the follow: Repairs and upgrades to the existing pool and pool equipment. New finishes throughout the natatorium including new ceramic tile on the pool deck, new paint throughout, new acoustical treatments, new finishes in the upper grandstand spectator area. The natatorium team rooms shall be partially reconfigured and completely renovated and upgraded to include ADAAG compliance, along with new finishes. An existing second floor mechanical room will be reconfigured to create a concessions room with storefront entrance. The existing office storefront will be replaced. Please review the documents for a full scope of work.

- Addendum 1 has been issued already, and is available in the plan room with the documents.
- Our bids are due to the owner on April 14th, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Please have your bids to us no later 1:00PM end of day on April 11th, 2025.
- This project will begin approximately May 5, 2025
- Substantial completion: September 2, 2025
- Final completion: September 15, 2025
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- 8 alternates. Please review spec 012300 and provide all alternate pricing required for your scope.
- 5 unit prices. Please review spec 012200 and provide all unit prices for your scope.
- No substitutions: Pre-Bid Substitutions are due 10 days prior to bid date. If you wish to bid and your products are not specified please send us substitution request. If you are not approved in addendum please do not bid with out specified products.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any kind of materials increases after a bid is submitted and awarded. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
