| Scope |
The work includes the renovation of 3 office suites on the first floor of buildings CEP 200 (room D16) and CEP 209 (room D13 and room 120). Renovation work includes the replacement of all flooring and new vinyl wall base throughout, replacement of the suspended ceiling system (including new mechanical grills and lights), demolition of select walls, construction of a new electrical closet, new casework in break areas, new paint on the walls and new systems furniture throughout. Approximately 8,477 sf of office space is to be improved with this renovation. Additionally, the project includes the construction of two temporary trailers (one 7-section and one 8-section) that will function as temporary office space. Trailers will include work stations, bathrooms and storage. Trailer buildings will serve as temporary facilities for workers while their space is being renovated. Each trailer is to provide 36 work stations for a total of 72 temporary stations. The office furniture for the trailers will be provided by contractor/modular building manufacturer at trailers only. The 7 section trailer provided will be approximately 2961 sf and the 8 section trailer provided will be approximately 3384 sf. The total square footage for trailers for the project will be 6,345 sf. The modular building manufacturer will provide all trailer office furniture, ramps and stairs at the trailer site. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the trailers throughout all phases of construction
