| Scope |
The Work consists of all activities necessary to construct the Modesto Library Tenant Improvement Project located at 1500 I St, Modesto, CA 95354. The Work includes, but is not limited to: interior renovation of selected rooms of the existing facility, asbestos material remediation, ADA upgrades, programmatic improvements, relocation of fire riser room, repair and replacement of existing dampers, and fire sprinkler installation. The project will alter the fire suppression system, fire alarm, flooring, acoustical ceiling system, paint, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, CCTV, paging system, door, door frames and hardware, access control, fire proofing, paint, casework, site work, concrete, and asphalt.
