| Scope |
The Contractor and his Subcontractors shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits and incidentals required to safely and legally perform the work for the Novato Unified School District, Pleasant Valley Elementary School Painting and Dry Rot project including, but not limited to:
1. Replacement of existing areas of wood siding as required.
2. Repair and replacement of failing cement stucco.
3. Preparation and Re-painting of all buildings on campus.
