| Scope |
eci construction is seeking bids for The Commonwealth Charter Academy Renovations/Addition.
This Project consists of the demolition of a portion of an existing primary school building
and the construction of a new building (North Building) adjacent to the existing building,
which is being renovated (South Building) as well. This will include, but are not limited to: Demolition, Foundations, bearing precast walls, structural steel framing/ roof framing/composite roof deck, cmu & gwb/metal stud partitions, GWB & ACT suspended ceilings, Interior/exterior doors, windows, hardware and architectural fitting and finishes.
Prebid Meeting: Initial Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at 555 S. 25th Street,
Harrisburg, PA 17104; 11:00 AM, local time on April 22, 2025. A second Walkthrough will be
held at 11 AM, on May 6, 2025.

- RFI Deadline 7 Days Prior of the bid date.
