| Scope |
ECI is seeking bids from sub-contractors and suppliers for the general construction and site work for the Conewago Valley School District Elementary School Additions and Renovations project. The project consists of selective demo of existing building, and construction of additions and renovations. For a full scope of work please see the complete project documents.
Additional Bid Info:
- Our bids are due to the owner on May 22nd, at 2:00PM AM. Please have your bids to us no later than May 22nd at 9am.
- There is a pre bid meeting at the Elementary School on April 24th, at 3:00pm. If you are biding demolition or site and need to see existing conditions this would be a good opportunity.
- RFIs need to be received 7 days prior to bid date if you want them to be addressed.
- This project will begin approximately June of 2025.
- Substantial completion: August 13th, 2027
- Final completion: October 12, 2027
- Phased Construction, bid accordingly. See phasing plan.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- The project involves 4 alternates. Please review spec section 012300 and provide all that effect your scope with your bid.
- There are 7 unit prices. Please review 012200 and provide all that apply with your bid.
- No substitutions requests will be considered during the bid period. Bids shall be based on products from one of the manufactures specified or an "equal" product.
- Substitution requests submitted more than 60 days after Notice to Proceed must be accompanied by a credit proposal.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
