The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to renovate
approximately 14,450 square feet of office space in Building 4E, 2nd Floor offices to a fully functional and codecompliant office space ready for occupancy. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, electrical, carpentry,
painting, and associated trades as specified herein. Prior to commencing work, the Contractor shall field-verify
site conditions, dimensions, and existing utility sources and document findings in a pre-construction report
submitted to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Administrative Contracting Officer
Representative (ACOR) within five (5) calendar days of contract award. The Contractor shall notify the COR and
ACOR in writing at least 48 hours prior to starting work. Within five (5) calendar days of contract award, the
Contractor shall submit a detailed project schedule, including milestones and completion dates, for COR
approval. The ACOR, acting on behalf of the COR, shall coordinate all work and serve as the primary point of
contact for technical matters.
