The scope includes site demolition, grading, stormwater, erosion control, soil poisoning, landscaping, site concrete and foundations, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, striping, signage, site utilities, site lighting, slab on grade, masonry, steel fabrication, steel erection, roofing, prefabricated wood trusses, stainless steel, wood framing, siding, EIFS, canopies, millwork, drywall, rough/finished carpentry, metal stud framing, ACT ceiling, painting, storefront, caulking/sealants, tile finishes, doors & hardware, toilet accessories, floor mats, furnishings, HVAC, sprinkling, plumbing, electrical, & refrigeration.
