THESE REMODELS ARE ONLY 12 CONSECUTIVE DAYS LONG (THIS INCLUDES THE WEEKEND)
STARTS ON SUNDAY NIGHT/MONDAY MORNING AND IS COMPLETED BY THE NEXT FRIDAY
The FIRST week of the project will be NIGHT work after the restaurant closes. The SECOND week of the project the restaurant will be closed for DAY work. The project is only 11 consecutive days long.
All sub-contractors must visit the restaurant to get a better understanding of the scope of work. These are very easy projects. Please call Erin to get a better understanding of the project scope.

SCOPES NEEDED: Flooring/wall tile (RR and kitchen, see below notes for kitchen), electrical, paint.
Clarifications ADDITIONAL WORK NEEDED THAT IS NOT CALLED OUT ON THE PLANS:
· Kitchen quarry tile/grout repair in main walkway in the kitchen during shutdown. This work needs to be done at night so kitchen can remain open during the day.
· Demo the lighting on cabling over the bar area and replace with track lights. The store team struggles with sourcing and changing these bulbs
- Please reference bid Clarification sheet On bid, please provide separate pricing for every request. SITE VISITS WILL BE REQUIRED for pricing the extra work. Note: we are pending final Inspire approval for all Added Scope Items.
